1 - PURCHASE SYSTEM.

4 - SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
If the client is not satisfied with products acquired in Billpunter AV, she will be able to give back them in a term nonsuperior to 7 days, counted from the reception of the product. This guarantee of return DOES NOT INCLUDE PRODUCTS IN LIQUIDATION AND EX- DEMO. The returns must be sent by Payed Shipping to the following direction: c Vicenç Bou, 16, 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona). The norms with respect to the returns (regulated by the Law of the 15/1/96 number 7/1996) are the following ones:
